Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various online channels.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and optimize content for relevant keywords.
Create compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, emails, and marketing collateral.
Manage social media platforms, creating and curating content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.
Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing strategies to achieve conversion goals.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists, creating impactful content, and analyzing campaign performance.
Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to reach the target audience, optimize ad spend, and measure ROI.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our gaming zone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high energy, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The candidate should be comfortable with handling complaints, demonstrating gaming skills, and ensuring safety in the gaming zone. The candidate should have basic sales skills and be able to read and communicate in Basic English, Hindi, and the local language.
